Dorian Lawrence MCIOB C.Build E MCABE founded FR Consultants in 2018, with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Following the Grenfell tragedy, he identified a need for guidance, accountability, and new services in the relatively recent and constantly evolving façade fire safety landscape. Dorian’s vision to make Britain’s buildings safe, mortgageable, saleable and insurable is realised in FRC’s full suite of services and his mission to educate all those responsible for building safety.
Andrew Saunders
HM Inspector of Health and Safety (Regulatory), In Occupation Operational Policy | Building Safety Programme (BSR)
Andrew has worked for HSE since 1998, most of that time as one HM Inspectors of Health and Safety. After training, he spent 11 years in Field Operations followed by a decade in onshore major hazards working within a safety report regime with COMAH sites across East Anglia. He joined BSR in June 2021, working in the in-occupation operational policy team. His main areas of work include developing guidance for duty holders on the building assessment certificate process and, in particular, safety case reports; and developing the criteria BSR will use to assess building assessment certificate applications.

Justin spends the vast majority of his waking hours arguing about leasehold property disputes. His recent cases include the ongoing Canary Riverside litigation on s.24, Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, Avon v Stampfer (Court of Appeal, ground rent demands), Avon v Canary Gateway RTM Co Ltd (Court of Appeal, RTM and shared ownership leases), A1 Properties v Tudor Studios (UT, RTM and defective notices), Assethold Ltd v Eveline Road RTM Co Ltd (UT, buildings qualifying for RTM).

Simon is a specialist property practitioner.
